1.Color Masterbatches

Purpose: a) Enhance the color extension. b) Prevent uneven compounding. c) Minimize pigment pollution.

Applications: Film, Fiber, Pipe, Sheet, Injection molding, Blow molding, Cable jacketing and Textile product etc……

** Our masterbatches are suitable for following polymers: ABS, EVA, GPPS, HDPE, HIPS, LDPE, LLDPE, NYLON, PBT, PC, PET, POM, PP, SAN, TPE and TPR.

2.Special Effect Masterbatches

Purpose: Provide additional characteristics to end products.

For example: metallic, pearl, flecks, fluorescent, luminescent, and fragrance effects.

3.Additive Masterbatches

Purpose: 1: Enhance the performance of the end products. Purpose 2: Improve manufacturing’s efficiency.

For example: flame retardant, light stabilizer, antioxidant, antistatic agent, biocides, blowing agents, antifogging agents, anti-blocking agents, fillers, impact modifiers, lubricants, Biodegradable additive, etc…

4.PU COLOR CHIP AND PU COLOR PASTE

Main Applications: Polyurethane Leather (PU Artificial Leather), Environmental Color Chip Pigment and Color Paste Pigment for tinting, changing color and printing.

Product Introduction: Our PU color chip and color paste have been developed after years of research by our research team, and fits high standards of environmental consciousness as well as relevant security standard requirements. It is made through craft procedure of mixture, compounding and crushing via special equipment and by applying suitable pigments with selected environmental resin and proper processing additives. With no heavy metal (comply with regulation EN-71 part3-1994), no Phthalates (6P), and no migration out of Azo Aromatic Amine. It’s a green environmental chip-form colorant without hazardous toxicant such as PVC, VCM, and Toluene.

Features & Benefits: High concentration, less amount for use, high brightness, good dispersion and good fastness, no contamination, no wastage, no odors, no caking, no heavy metal, good quality stability, easy to be measured, low cost of tinting, convenient to store and use, and long- term storage.

5.PVC ENVIRONMENTAL COLOR PASTE

Main Applications: Tinting of PVC Coating、Dip-Moulding or PVC Semi-rigid artificial leather.

Product Introduction: Our PVC color paste is made with selected pigment, resin, DINP, dispersant, and processing aid.

Features & Benefits: Strong tinting strength, excellent dispersion, good intermiscibility and good durability.

6.PU、PVC SOLVENT-BASED PRINTING INK

Main Applications: Print applications onto various PVC finishes.

Product Introduction: High gloss, fast drying, excellent color saturation, superior abrasion and scratch resistance, no after-tack after heavy stack, no color transfer issue and suitable for printing.
