Anti-Fog Masterbatch for Agricultural Films

KCI Anti-Fog Masterbatch is designed for LDPE, HDPE, and PP blown film and film extrusion applications. When properly added, it helps reduce the formation of visible fog droplets by allowing condensed moisture to spread more evenly across the film surface. This helps maintain film transparency and visibility. The formulation can be adjusted according to the base polymer, film thickness, operating temperature, humidity, and end-use requirements.

Recommended Addition Rate: 2%–20%. The actual addition rate should be adjusted according to the base polymer, product formulation, film thickness, operating temperature and humidity, required anti-fog duration, and processing conditions.
