Antistatic Masterbatch
KCI Antistatic Masterbatch is designed for LDPE, HDPE, PP, EVA, ABS, and PC applications. Long-lasting and permanent antistatic solutions are available, with formulations tailored to the base resin, processing method, operating environment, and target surface resistivity.
Product Specifications and Applications
Carrier Resins: LDPE / HDPE / PP / EVA / ABS / PC
Processing Methods: Blown film / Sheet and film extrusion / Fiber spinning / Injection molding
Packaging: 25 kg/bag
Recommended Addition Rate: Approximately 4%–15%; the actual dosage should be adjusted according to the base resin, processing conditions, product thickness, and target antistatic performance.
Product Function: The compounded antistatic formulation helps reduce static charge accumulation on plastic surfaces, minimizing dust attraction, film blocking, and processing issues caused by static electricity.
Product Features: Long-lasting and permanent antistatic solutions are available for different application requirements. The formulations are designed to minimize their effects on the product’s original color and processing performance. Actual antistatic performance may vary depending on the base resin, dosage, product thickness, ambient humidity, and processing conditions, and should be verified through final-product testing.
Customized formulations are available based on the base resin, processing method, operating environment, and target surface resistivity.
Applicable Standards and Regulations
KCI can provide antistatic masterbatch solutions designed to meet applicable RoHS, REACH, EN 71, and other regulatory requirements based on customer and application needs. Actual compliance is subject to the specifications, test results, and supporting documentation of each product.
