Anti-Rust Masterbatch for Metal Packaging Films

KCI Anti-Rust Masterbatch is designed for LDPE, HDPE, and PP blown film and film extrusion applications. It can be used to produce protective packaging films for metal products. When properly added, it helps provide corrosion protection within the packaging environment and reduce the risk of rust during storage and transportation. The formulation can be adjusted according to the base polymer, metal type, film thickness, packaging method, storage environment, and target protection period.

Recommended Addition Rate: 2%–10%. The actual addition rate should be adjusted according to the base polymer, metal type, product structure, film thickness, packaging method, storage conditions, and target corrosion-protection requirements.
