Light Stabilizer Masterbatch

KCI Light Stabilizer Masterbatch is designed for LDPE, HDPE, PP, and EVA applications, including blown film, sheet and film extrusion, fiber spinning, and injection molding. Its concentrated stabilizer formulation helps protect plastic materials from degradation caused by ultraviolet radiation and supports improved light stability and outdoor weathering performance. The formulation can be adjusted according to the base polymer, product thickness, color, processing conditions, exposure environment, and target service life.

    Product Specifications and Applications

Applicable Polymers: LDPE, HDPE, PP, and EVA

Processing Applications: Blown film, sheet and film extrusion, fiber spinning, and injection molding

Potential Applications: Outdoor plastic products and applications requiring improved resistance to ultraviolet exposure

    Packaging: 25 kg/bag

Recommended Addition Rate: 2%–10%. The actual addition rate should be adjusted according to the base polymer, product thickness, color, processing conditions, exposure environment, and target durability requirements.

Product Function: Helps improve the light stability of plastic materials and reduce discoloration, embrittlement, and performance loss caused by ultraviolet exposure.

Product Features: The concentrated stabilizer formulation can be adjusted to support target outdoor service-life requirements of approximately one to three years. Actual durability and service life depend on the product formulation, addition rate, product design, processing conditions, geographic location, exposure environment, and relevant test results.

    Relevant Standards and Regulations

Based on customer and application requirements, KCI can provide Light Stabilizer Masterbatch solutions designed to meet relevant standards and regulatory requirements, including RoHS, REACH, and EN 71. Actual compliance is subject to the specifications, test results, and test documentation for each product.
